Conseno is an EU-based fully-remote team of skilled engineers and marketers that builds a consent and data privacy platform for eCommerce stores. 

In short, we help eCommerce companies to:

  • collect, manage, and document website visitors’ consents, and maintain legal compliance in accordance with regional and global privacy regulations
  • gain valuable business insights from the privacy-safe data

What will you be doing?


As an SDR at Conseno, you will be an integral part of our sales and marketing team, handling diverse tasks to support our ambitious goals. Your role will blend administrative excellence with proactive client engagement, supporting the sales process from demand generation to initial contact to deal closing.


On your typical workday as a Sales Development Representative, you will:


  • Help ensure the smooth execution of sales and marketing plans by assisting the Business Development Manager with administrative tasks and automations.

  • Communicate directly with clients, send emails, book meetings, and maintain an overall high standard of customer service.

  • Utilize CRM tools to effectively track client interactions and sales progress.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our services, the competitive landscape, and our clients' goals to help seamlessly guide them through our sales and onboarding process.

  • Assist in expanding and maintaining customer outreach.

  • Help manage communication with inbound leads.

  • Assist in Conseno's content marketing efforts by following established standard operating procedures. 

  • Work closely in collaboration with the Business Development Manager on any ad-hoc tasks and projects.



As an ideal candidate:


  • You have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail – you do your research, plan, prioritize, set goals, and stick to them.

  • You’re a proactive and self-driven person who gets things done on time without being micromanaged.

  • You have prior experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Development Representative or in a similar role for at least a year.

  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You speak and write English fluently; “pretty good” doesn’t cut it.

  • You are able to use your prior experience from working in similar roles to bring additional growth ideas to further improve our sales and marketing efforts.

  • You are proficient in using a CRM software and can easily grasp new workflows and processes.

  • You have a collaborative spirit that thrives in a team-oriented environment.

  • You have experience in working with European B2B companies.

  • You are eager to grow and learn.
